Facility update
New directional signs have been added around campus to make navigation easier—thank you to our Operations and MAC teams. Secondary lockers are now in place and looking great, and flooring upgrades on the 3rd and 4th floors have improved safety. This week’s fire drill ran smoothly as we continue aligning with LifePlus safety standards. Together, we’re keeping our school healthy, safe, and well-prepared.

I’m honored to be one of six foreign experts chosen by the Qingdao city government to speak at this year’s talent development event—a privilege that reflects our school’s strong reputation and the shared excellence of our community.

Staffing update
Transitions are part of international education, and we know goodbyes can be hard. We’re thankful for the care our community shows toward our teachers and excited to welcome new, talented educators to our school. Our commitment remains the same—to be Qingdao’s leading international school, providing a stable, high-quality English-speaking education for every child. More details will be shared next week.
