As we welcome September, our focus for the month is “Connection.” This week I invite us to connect with intention in the places that matter most. Spend quality time with family and friends. Give your best attention to your work or studies each day so that effort turns into growth. Step outside to notice the beauty around us and the calm that nature brings. Make space for solitude so your soul can be quiet, present and restored. Breathe. Everything will work out.

This week at a glance
• Community: look for small ways to help someone feel seen; greet a new Parent at drop-off or pick-up.
• Learning: ask your child one question about what they discovered in class and one way they practiced kindness.
• Well-being: plan one simple moment outdoors; a short walk after dinner or a morning pause before the day begins.
• Work and study: set one meaningful goal for the week and review it each afternoon.
