Dads to Lunch a memorable experience

Last Friday the school playground filled with some of our students' favorite people – their dads! Reviving the old tradition of Dads to Lunch, the Early Childhood (ECC) and Elementary students enjoyed a springtime picnic and activities on the field with fathers and other family members.  

The cafeteria staff prepared a tasty Xibei themed box lunch and staff volunteers scooped ice cream for very excited dads and kids. While enjoying the picnic, students got to introduce their dads to classmates and even take photos with the International School of Qingdao Dolphin.  

After the picnic was packed up, LINK Education staff organized a series of engaging activities to do with their dads. Our Foundations and Junior Kindergarten students loved having their dads join them under a huge parachute and help them with a silly relay race. 

Older students enjoyed playing with their dads in fun games like corn hole, dodge ball and tug of war, which brought out the competitive side in both the students and their fathers! The weather was perfect, there were smiles on every face, and we are so thankful to the parents who joined us on campus for this event!
